White Wine

Lux de Vinea is a hand crafted Traditional Method sparkling wine, made from 75% estate grown Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay.  Lux de Vinea is Latin for  "light of the vineyard". Crisp and dry, with 21 months sur lie aging.

This amazing small lot vintage was fully barrel fermented in French Oak, creating a buttery texture on the mid palate with a crisp, long finish.
