Our Wines
Lux de Vinea is a hand crafted Traditional Method sparkling wine, made from 75% estate grown Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Lux de Vinea is Latin for "light of the vineyard". Crisp and dry, with 21 months sur lie aging.
A flirtatious wine with hints of black currant, dark chocolate, leather and vanilla bean.it has subtle fragrant notes with a charming aromatic elegance.
Our estate grown Pinot Noir features a complex nose of ripe berries, strawberry and plum, with an underlying earthiness of sugar beets and chard shallots.
Our Rose is crisp and lively, with hints of grapefruit and delicate florals is an amazing showcase of our estate grown Pinot Noir.
This amazing small lot vintage was fully barrel fermented in French Oak, creating a buttery texture on the mid palate with a crisp, long finish.
Our Merlot is a delicate medium bodied wine featuring highlights of Bing cherry, black currant, plum and cloves. Aged in French Oak for 18 months, it has smooth tannins and a long juicy finish.
